If you are temporarily in a home or the home is temporarily vacant, a contract with variable rates is recommended.

Fixed prices

When an energy contract is concluded with fixed rates, the rates do not change during the entire contract period. You can request a contract for 1, 3 or 5 years. When energy rates are low, it can be advantageous to conclude a contract with fixed rates. However, if the customer decides to switch in the meantime, this will be subject to a cancellation penalty.

Internet

The Netherlands offers different types of networks to connect to the Internet. Most common are:

• ADSL
• Glassfiber
• Cable

ADSL uses old telephonelines. This techniques is dated so the offers are cheaper then newer technology.
Cable uses a COAX-cable. This technique is newer then ADSL and offers higher speeds.Glassfiber is the most modern technique. The biggest advantage of glassfiber Internet is that the offered speeds can be matched and its often possible to upgrade the speed.  The delivery time of Internet depends on the kind of network that is chosen. ADSL and Glassfiber  usely takes three till four weeks. Cable is usually delivered within one week.

TV

If u choose television in the mediapackage. Then you will receive a mediabox next to the modem. Depending on the package it is possible to view more then 70 different tv-channels in the highest quality. When Internet is chosen with the use of cable then cable tv is offered for free. The difference between cable and digital tv is quality and the amount of tv-channels. 

Telephony

Besides Internet and television you can also choose for telephony. If you choose an Internetpackage with ADSL or glassfiber this connection doesnt cost extra. If an Internetpackage is chosen with cable it will cost 1 euro a month extra. 

Packages
We offer the same packages and discounts as indicated on the websites of the suppliers. We also offer one year contracts or monthly contracts that can be terminated each month. To apply for a mediapackage a SEPA IBAN banknumber is required.

When registering water, you cannot choose between different providers. The supply of drinking water by a water company is region-bound.
